You're candidate just set up an "Office of the President-Elect" (it doesn't actually have any power) to sound official.
He announces a National Mask Mandate yesterday only to have a vaccine announced today. He looks like an idiot and it's clear that no one has actually come to brief him on anything. He doesn't have anything to give press conferences on because he doesn't actually know what's going on in the country. The Federal Government won't talk to him.
