I didn't get this because it's been known forever that the 5eyes spies on the citizens of partner countries to avoid breaking domestic laws.
What was Nunes talking about? He had to be covering something. Why would 5eyes be spying, but not on citizens? Who are they spying on, then?
Nunes looked real nervous when speaking on this. I think he was lying?
