Grasshopper here. I've decided not to return to bake for a while. The abuse of new bakers is just too prevalent and now I understand why nobody bakes. Have fun and o7. I'll be digging and shitposting but I'll not be coming near the bakery when people like comms and OSS are allowed to be abusive and detrimental to the board.

o7 anons. I understand now why you stay away from the bakery. You should. You get no support or protection whatsoever. The moment you begin baking you get the shit kicked out of you till you hand the bake off with a couple of tyb's in between that vanish the first mistake you make and the vultures descend.

Yep. BO/BV can bake. They enable the shit. I've backed them up 100% and will do it for show from here forward for board unity but at some point the abuse of new bakers has to be dealt with. BO/BV have no new bakers because they do nothing when people are abused and it's only about 7 people that are hurling it. In a way I'm saying this because nobody will step up to bake. You have no new bakers because they can't even get an environment to learn. That's the problem. I know what's at stake. We still have months to go. If we can't get bakers trained and staffed it doesn't matter how much abuse I'm willing to take. One person fighting through abuse the BO/BV should be halting isn't enough to help. I'm drug and alcohol free anon. I'm standing up for new bakers so people will WANT to learn to bake. Abuse is not ok. BO/BV are ramping up and this needs to be exposed as an issue. Why can no baker get a handoff? Why will no anon step up and learn to bake? Why do we make excuses instead of address the problem? Why do we let the same known actors run loose on the board with no consequence? I'm just asking the questions. Let's see what happens.

When you have seasoned bakers using the bake to spam the board with this fear porn and running around abusing anybody they can gain an edge on, BO/BV should be stepping in and pulling them back… Just my 2 cents. It's gotten out of control.
