You all remember reading posts here and tweets about voting ballots being “secretly” marked with watermarks or serialized by the federal government (DHS/CISA)?

That might be a bunch of malarkey…

Here’s why…

Looking at https://www.cisa.gov/protect2020,

there’s a section called “rumor control”. The CISA disavows designing or auditing voting ballots. That responsibility lies with the individual State and Local Election Officials. (Screenshot attached)

 

Now, each state can have those security issues but it’s not on the Federal govt, CISA.

 

Unless someone knows anything else on the “so called watermarked” ballots, post it here, but it appears the Government Watermarked ballots is false.

I went back reread it, you are correct. CISA does not have arrest authority, since CISA is under DHS, I initially wagered that ICE would be the primary investigating agency before deferring to the FBI (Outside DHS), but that’s incorrect. Had to weed through several links, but it’s the Secret Service who is responsible for coordinating with CISA…

He cashed in to the tune of $3 billion worth of his Amazon shares in this pivotal election week.

 

The sale was made as part of a 10b5-1 trading plan, according to the SEC, which is a prearranged sale pursuant to insider trading regulations.

 

Something tells me that a little bird told him he was going to get hit with the EU Anti-Trust law suit and took advantage of getting the Big Bang for his buck!
