I think it might go like this:

1. AG Barr announces criminal election fraud probes.

1. To avoid trouble and preserve the cheat for the next election, corrupt states start cheating back Biden's "win" so POTUS wins, in the hopes that Barr goes away.

1. Biden concedes, in hopes that Barr goes away.

1. Barr continues on his mission, even though POTUS remains POTUS. Now the accusation of sour grapes or political moitvation goes out the window.

1. Widespread voting fraud and corruption is prosecuted in courts without the shadow of political motivation because POTUS already won.

1. Free and Fair elections by mid-terms. Dems no longer in power pretty much anywhere…
