I think the general consensus on the 4,10,20 is that it is D,J,T…it likely does — but there’s adouble meaning.

The 4 represents the4th Aviation Brigade

Within the 4th Aviation Brigade falls the subordinate 25th Aviation Regiment. Subordinate to the 25th are the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Battalion, Each consist of:

I'm sure at this point in reading you understand what the sequence of letters in the attached post signify.

 

So what about the 10 and the 20? These are more speculative, but based on the type of support the operation would need I can make an…educated guess.

 

The 10 is the10th Signals Battalion, a supporting battalion also co-located at Fort Drum. If you read anything about them the description is pretty milquetoast, so that would lead me to believe they do a lot more than what has been put out in the public sphere – chiefly tracking signals.

 

The 20 is likely the20th Air Support Operations Squadron. On wiki it says they "support 1st, 2nd & 3rd Brigade Combat Teams" and "provide tactical combat command and control".
