Biden trying to get GSA to begin transition.

Trying to set "precedent" that he won. Perception of winning. And isn't there something about GSA being the entity that validates the election as the last step? Are they attempting to force that and then claim, "See, GSA says we won."

I read somewhere that the Dominion voting system was to get about 3% lead for Biden. That would be just enough not to trigger a recount by law in most states and try to match polling. But mostly, recounts mandated by state law are minuscule margins. Like 1%, .05%, .025%. Like the laws were written to insure fraud won't be caught. And as we are observing, recounts will do nothing about election fraud with illegal ballots. The election has to be audited- votes, machines, programs, connections, all of it.
