DOJ official quits after Barr move on election fraud allegations

A Justice Department official stepped down from his role overseeing probes into voting crimes hours after Attorney General William Barr announced on Monday that he had authorized the agency to investigate any "substantial allegations" of voter fraud in the presidential election.

In an email first obtained by The New York Times, Richard Pilger wrote to colleagues, “Having familiarized myself with the new policy and its ramifications … I must regretfully resign from my role as director of the Election Crimes Branch.”

Pilger added in the email that the new policy is "abrogating the forty-year old Non-Interference Policy for ballot fraud investigation in the period prior to elections becoming certified and uncontested."

According to the Times, Pilger, who had served as director of the Justice Department's Election Crimes Branch since 2010, added that he would "move to a non supervisory role working on corruption prosecutions.”

The Hill has reached out to the agency for comment.

Pilger’s resignation came after Barr wrote in a memo Monday that Justice Department investigations “may be conducted if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.”

"Nothing here should be taken as any indication that the Department has concluded that voting irregularities have impacted the outcome of any election," Barr added. "Such inquiries and reviews may be conducted if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual state."

President-elect Joe Biden on Saturday was projected by every major news outlet as the winner of the presidential election, but President Trump has indicated he will not concede, alleging without evidence that there were several instances of voter fraud in a Democratic attempt to steal the election from him.

The Trump campaign has filed lawsuits in several key battleground states that Biden won, asking local judges to either invalidate or stop counting mail-in ballots.

In Blow to Online Privacy EU Seizes on Vienna Attack to Enact Long-Desired Ban on Encryption

If the EU is successful, users will no longer enjoy protection from the prying eyes of government and criminals on popular messaging apps like WhatsApp and Signal.

The European Union is rushing through new legislation to get rid of end to end digital encryption. This would mean the end of privacy for users of popular messaging apps like WhatsApp and Signal.

A European Council draft resolution on encryption quietly published on Friday afternoon lays out the EU’s Orwellian position in detail. “The European Union fully supports the development, implementation and use of strong encryption,” it states, “Encryption is a necessary means of protecting fundamental rights and the digital security of governments, industry and society.” Yet in the very next sentence it insists that “At the same time, the European Union needs to ensure the ability of competent authorities” to “exercise their lawful powers, both online and offline.” These “competent authorities” (a phrase occurring throughout the document) refer to law enforcement agencies and judicial authorities.

“Protecting the privacy and security of communications through encryption and at the same time upholding the possibility for competent authorities in the area of security and criminal justice to lawfully access relevant data for legitimate, clearly defined purposes infighting serious and/or organized crimes and terrorism, including in the digital world, are extremely important,” it concludes. Thus, the EU’s position is that its citizens should be able to hide their data from criminals, but not from the government or its various spying agencies.

The official justification for these new laws, Austrian public service broadcaster Österreichischer Rundfunk reports, is the Vienna terrorist attack of November 2, which left five people dead and 23 injured. However, it notes, the EU has long dreamed of pushing through legislation which lets it surveil its population. In June, for instance, European Commissioner for Home Affairs Ylva Johannson gave a speech outlining what must be done to win the fight against child trafficking and abuse. “We must also deal with encryption. Military grade encryption that’s easy to use but impossible to break makes paedophiles invisible and hides evidence of their crimes from police,” she insisted. “It’s our obligation to protect children. We must do what is necessary,” she added.

Civil rights group the Electronic Freedom Foundation is not impressed by the various arguments put forward by the EU in order to justify the end of end to end encryption, calling it a “drastically invasive step.”

We are in the first stages of a long anti-encryption march by the upper echelons of the EU, headed directly toward Europeans’ digital front-doors. It’s the same direction as the United Kingdom, Australia, and the United States have been moving for some time. If Europe wants to keep its status as a jurisdiction that treasures privacy, it will need to fight for it,” they wrote last month.

WhatsApp, a subsidiary of Facebook, has over 2 billion users around the world and is particularly popular with Europeans. In terms of user penetration, the top five countries for WhatsApp are all in Europe, with over 85 percent of Dutch smartphone owners using the service. Commonly thought to be the most secure messaging app, Signal is also extremely popular. While it does not reveal how many users it has, its app has been downloaded more than 10 million times by Android users alone. Launched in 2014, Signal is an open source app specifically created with journalists, NGO workers, and other professions who share sensitive data in mind. And while Facebook and WhatsApp have a history of cooperating with governments around the world, Signal has so far resisted attempts to co-opt or neutralize its software, notably rejecting the Australian government’s demands to install a spying “backdoor” for it.

Pompeo announces $23b sale of F-35s, other arms to UAE, links it to Israel deal

The Trump administration formally notified Congress on Tuesday that it intends to sell 50 stealth F-35 fighter jets to the United Arab Emirates as part of a broader arms deal worth over $23 billion, aimed at deterring potential threats from Iran, despite concern in Israel.

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said he had authorized the sale in keeping with the administration’s Middle East peace efforts, and directly tied the arms sale to the UAE’s decision to normalize ties with Israel.

“This is in recognition of our deepening relationship and the UAE’s need for advanced defense capabilities to deter and defend itself against heightened threats from Iran,” Pompeo said in a statement.

Nuclear triad makes attempts at blackmailing Russia futile, says Putin

The president said that some of Russia’s weapon systems were far ahead of those at the disposal of other leading military powers

SOCHI, November 10. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin believes that the nuclear triad remains a key guarantee of military security, making attempts at putting pressure on Russia futile.

Russia’s nuclear orders portfolio totals around $100 bln, says Novak

"Although the nature of military threats is changing, it is the nuclear triad that remains a key guarantee of Russia’s military security and, if one takes a broader look, of global stability," Putin said in his opening remarks at a meeting with top Defense Ministry officials and heads of federal agencies and enterprises of the defense-industrial complex on Tuesday.

"Preservation of this balance of force reduces to nothing the risk of a large-scale military conflict and in fact makes any attempts at blackmail or pressure against our country senseless," Putin said.

He called for taking into account the emergence of a number of modern and new potentially risky external factors. As an example, he recalled NATO’s growing military presence near Russia’s borders.

Maintaining nuclear potential

Russia will be upgrading and strengthening all the components of its strategic forces and maintaining its nuclear potential at the level of required sufficiency, Vladimir Putin stated. "Considering present-day military and political risks, we will continue modernizing the strategic nuclear forces and consistently strengthening all their components," Putin said. "Russia will keep maintaining its nuclear potential at the required sufficiency level."

The latest missile and airborne systems have been arriving for the Russian Army and Navy in the past few years and the share of advanced weapon systems in the country’s strategic nuclear forces already equals 82%, the Russian president stressed.

In particular, the first regiment armed with Avangard hypersonic missile systems has assumed combat duty in Russia and about a half of missile formations of the country’s Strategic Missile Force have received the latest Yars intercontinental ballistic missile complexes, the Russian leader said.

Also, the tests of the latest Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile are proceeding as scheduled and the advanced Borei-A lead nuclear-powered submarine has entered service with the Russian Navy, Putin said.

"I request that you report in detail today how the defense procurement plans for strengthening the nuclear triad are being fulfilled and whether everything is being done on time," the president addressed the meeting’s participants.

Critics wonder when Joe Biden will take questions at news conference after becoming president-elect

'It would behoove him to become transparent,' Jeffrey McCall said

President-elect Joe Biden rarely took questions from reporters during his campaign and it doesn’t appear that a projected victory over President Trump is going to change the Democrat’s elusiveness from tough questions.

Reporters typically lob softballs on the rare occasions that Biden makes himself available, such as an infamous mid-October moment when he was asked what flavor ice cream he ordered at the height of controversy over his family’s overseas business dealings.

DePauw University professor and media critic Jeffrey McCall thinks it’s finally time for Biden to answer some tough questions.

“Biden should, indeed, hold a formal press conference and take any and all the questions the media might have. His presidential campaign was on the stealthy side, but now that he appears headed towards the White House, it would behoove him to become transparent,” McCall told Fox News.

“This would rhetorically signal that he is ready to begin his administration and is ready to be the nation's leader. Reporters should have plenty of questions to ask. Such a wide-ranging press conference could also signal to the nation how the establishment media intends to treat a Biden presidency, and whether the press intends to challenge the new administration or give it soft treatment like during the campaign.”

The Biden campaign did not immediately respond when asked if the president-elect plans to hold a press conference.

Reporters shouted questions to Biden on the eve of Election Day, but they weren’t exactly the type of hard-hitting questions that are barked to President Trump on a daily basis.

“Where are you watching the results?”

“Are you feeling confident?

Biden ignored shouted questions from reporters after announcing his coronavirus advisory board on Monday in Wilmington, Del., quickly exiting the stage after his prepared remarks.

The former vice president lashed out at CBS News reporter Bo Erickson last month for asking about the explosive New York Post report that alleged emails show his son made millions trading on his father's influence.

Trump’s Election Lawsuits: A State-By-State Guide

President Donald Trump is gearing up for post-election lawfare after a host of media outlets called the presidential race for Joe Biden on Saturday.

The Washington Free Beacon will track Trump's legal efforts state-by-state and update this story as new information becomes available.

Biden leads in critical battlegrounds like Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, and it's not clear how Trump might erase those margins by litigation. An initial wave of lawsuits quickly fizzled last week as vote counters around the country tabulated results, though the campaign may ask for recounts and seek court orders establishing procedures for that process.

Arizona

Donald J. Trump for President v. Hobbs in the Superior Court for the State of Arizona:

In Maricopa County, the Trump campaign sued the Arizona secretary of state and a handful of local election officials on Nov. 7 alleging that "potentially thousands" of votes were wrongly rejected by poll workers who failed to follow proper procedures.

Vote machines in Maricopa County will reject votes that include splotches, stray marks, or multiple marks in the same race. The machine will display an alert and eject ballots if it detects such defects. The lawsuit, which includes affidavits from observers and voters, claims that county poll workers overrode those error messages when they showed up on screen instead of instructing voters on how to cast their ballots correctly, thus ensuring those votes wouldn't count.

The plaintiffs want officials to identify any ballot cast in Maricopa County after an error message appeared. Those ballots should be inspected by canvassing boards and counted provided they are legitimate, the plaintiffs say.

The voter and observer complaints attached to the lawsuit revolve around the use of sharpies to mark ballots. Viral internet claims assert that ballots filled out by sharpie can't be counted in Arizona. Arizona attorney general Mark Brnovich (R.) looked into the matter and said he's satisfied those concerns are false.

Biden is ahead of Trump by about 15,000 votes in Arizona.

Georgia

In re: enforcement of election laws in the Eastern Judicial Circuit of Georgia:

Trump lawyers filed a lawsuit in deep-blue Chatham County on Nov. 4 after Republican election observers raised concerns that a poll worker comingled about 50 tardy mail-in ballots with legitimate votes. Mail-in votes were due at 7:00 p.m. on Election Day in Georgia. The Trump campaign asked a state court judge for an order requiring officials to segregate tardy ballots from all other votes.

At an emergency hearing, a top election official testified that he inspected each of the 50 contested ballots and confirmed they were received on time. The matter was dismissed shortly thereafter.

"The court finds that there is no evidence that the ballots referenced in the petition were received after 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, thereby making those ballots invalid," Superior Court judge James Bass wrote. "Additionally, there is no evidence that the Chatham County Board of Elections or the Chatham County Board of Registrars has failed to comply with the law."

Biden currently leads Trump by about 12,000 votes in Georgia. Gabriel Sterling, a top elections administrator for the state, vigorously defended Georgia's process in a Nov. 9 press conference.

"We are going to find people who tried to illegally vote. Is it 10,353? Unlikely," Sterling said.

Brazil halts testing of China-developed, possible COVID-19 vaccine, citing 'adverse, serious event'

Brazil has worldwide the third-highest number of virus cases and the second-highest number of virus-related deaths.

Brazil has stopped clinical trials on an experimental coronavirus vaccine developed by a Chinese biopharmaceutical firm – following what Brazilian officials described as an “adverse, serious event.”

The announcement was posted Monday night on an official Brazil government website.

The virus, which has been attributed to more than 1.2 million deaths so far, started in China. Brazil has worldwide the third-highest number of virus cases and the second-highest number of virus-related deaths.

The potential vaccine is being developed by Chinese biopharmaceutical firm Sinovac and in Brazil would be mostly produced by Sao Paulo’s state-run Butantan Institute, according to the Associated Press.

Butantan said it was surprised by the decision by the country’s National Health Surveillance Agency and plans to hold a news conference Tuesday on the matter.

The CoronaVac shot has stirred controversy in Brazil, where President Jair Bolsonaro has cast doubt on its prospective effectiveness. He has publicly rejected it, saying Brazilians would not be used as guinea pigs and that he is mistrustful of China, which appears to have tried to stop the spread of the virus in late-2019 or early-2020 before publicly announcing the problem.

Temporary halts of drug and vaccine testing are relatively common. In research involving thousands of participants, some are likely to fall ill. Pausing a study allows researchers to investigate whether an illness is a side effect or a coincidence. Last month, two drugmakers resumed testing of their prospective coronavirus vaccines in the U.S. after they were halted earlier.

Why Isn't the Justice Department Securing Ballots, Policing Poll Stations or Enforcing Court Orders?

Judicial Watch announced that a September 2020 study revealed that 353 U.S. counties had 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible voting-age citizens. In other words, the registration rates of those counties exceeded 100% of eligible voters. The study found eight states showing state-wide registration rates exceeding 100%: Alaska, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Swiss Julius Baer to Settle FIFA Corruption Probe for Nearly $80 Million

One of Switzerland’s largest multinational banks said on Monday that it reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to settle an investigation into its role in the years-long world soccer federation FIFA corruption scandal.

Julius Baer, a private financial services firm founded in 1890, said that it has set aside US$79.7 million to resolve the matter, and that it expects that it will shortly execute a final resolution with U.S. authorities.

“Julius Baer has been cooperating with the DOJ since 2015 in its investigation of alleged money laundering and corruption involving officials and affiliates of FIFA and associated sports media and marketing companies,” it said.

The corporation was implicated in the FIFA scandal – which culminated with the resignation of the soccer federation’s longtime president Sepp Blatter – when one of its bankers based in Argentina pleaded guilty in 2017 to an international money-laundering conspiracy.

The banker, Jorge Luis Arzuaga, allegedly set up numerous shell companies in order to conceal $25 million in payments from a sports marketing company to FIFA officials so that it could secure marketing and media rights. In turn, he was paid roughly $1 million for his services.

Julius Baer has made headlines in the past for failing to implement effective safeguards in order to prevent cases of money laundering and corruption.

In February of this year, the corporation was sanctioned by Switzerland’s Financial Market Authority (FINMA) for providing services to clients that were suspected money launderers, without reporting suspicious cases, which it said “seriously violated” Switzerland’s financial laws.

In 2016, it paid out $547 million to the DOJ, and admitted to having helped U.S. taxpayers hide billions of dollars in offshore accounts. Two of its bankers also pleaded guilty in the case.

More recently, the private bank was also implicated in the FinCen Files, which uncovered how a group of banks, including Julius Baer, helped numerous sanctioned wealthy Venezuelans move billions out of the country.

“Measures already taken include de-risking the business by re-documenting each one of the bank's client relationships and discontinuing certain individual relationships and operations not commensurate with Julius Baer’s risk appetite,” the bank said in its statement on its recent settlement.

U.S. Returns Looted Relics to Pakistan, Threatens Art World With Sanctions

Pakistan welcomed on Monday the handover of 45 looted antiquities which U.S. authorities seized in 2015 from a New York art dealer and is arranging a special transfer to bring them home.

Among the objects which were valued US$250,000 is a so-called Gandharan Box containing ancient Greaco-Buddhist religious relics, dating back to the 2nd Century C.E.

The artifacts were among some 100 items seized from the arrested Upper East Side art dealer Nayef Homsi who specialized in South and Central Asian art at his firm, Ancient Art of Asia.

A statement from the office of Manhattan’s District Attorney said described Homsi as “a known trafficker involved in the illegal looting, exportation, and sale of ancient art from Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, and other nations.”

“Many people believe the looting and theft of antiquities are injustices that only occurred in the past, but these crimes of culture are still being committed all over the world every day,” said District Attorney Cy Vance.

The artifacts were officially handed over last week during a repatriation ceremony attended by Pakistan’s Consul General Ayesha Ali in New York.

"This is a welcome move and we thank the U.S. authorities,” Nausheen Javed Amjad, the Pakistani government’s Secretary of the National Heritage and Culture Division told OCCRP on Monday.

Special arrangement are under way to transfer the pieces back home, she said, adding that “currently we have no information from where these relics were stolen.”

Pakistan should toughen its laws and conduct proper checks at borders and airports to better protect its archeological heritage from smuggling and trafficking, she said.

U.S. authorities began investigating Homsi in 2012 when he acquired an ancient statue of the Buddhist deity Samvara.

Homsi hired an investigator to research the object’s provenance and learned that it was looted from a Nepalese temple in 1983. Homsi acknowledged that the acquisition contained “the black spot of theft” in an email to another art dealer, but then avoided researching the object any further out of fear of confirming the investigator’s findings, DNAinfo reported.

He sold the Samvara statute and several other artifacts which were revealed to be stolen.

“While the preservation of one’s culture is a commitment made by whole communities and has existed since the beginning of civilization, the high profit business of smuggling and trafficking antiquities has also been around for ages,” said Peter C. Fitzhugh, Special Agent-in-Charge of Homeland Security Investigations in New York.

The art world has found itself embroiled in money laundering and organized crime through the trade and sale of looted cultural property.

The ‘Perfect Marriage’ between Biden and Big Tech

“No experiment can be more interesting than that we are now trying, and which we trust will end in establishing the fact, that man may be governed by reason and truth. Our first object should therefore be, to leave open to him all the avenues to truth. The most effectual hitherto found, is the freedom of the press. It is, therefore, the first shut up by those who fear the investigation of their actions.”

Thomas Jefferson

Over the past year we have seen an increase in censorship that resembles more of a totalitarian state than that of a free America. It is this censorship that every free society fears losing.

Twitter, Facebook and Google, the most prominent platforms for global information sharing, which have virtually changed the way we live our lives, haven’t shied away one bit from selectively censoring what they believe should be censored.

The media’s presumptive President elect Joe Biden and his aides have not made their feelings a secret. It’s a terribly frightening prospect considering what already has been done to our nation over the past year and the failure of those on Capitol Hill or in the administration to hold these entities accountable for flagrant violations of our First Amendment rights.

Over the election cycle we’ve witnessed a trampling of our First Amendment – not by the government – but by the “tech giants,” which have amassed a power far greater than we or our forefathers could’ve ever foreseen. It’s a new revolution of the technocrats that are working in conjunction with their political party elites to retain power and the authority they need to continue to grow.

It makes sense because a Biden Administration is all about globalization. It’s not about what’s best for America. Just look at our history and ask yourself if global economic expansion at the expense of Americans has been good for our nation. Compare the messages delivered on a global scale by former President Obama to that of President Donald Trump.

Under a possible Biden Administration, however, the technology giants, coupled with the evolution of the pseudo liberal socialist Democrats are a powerhouse. It’s a perfect marriage, at least for now.

Prior to the election these technology giants did everything they could to protect former Vice President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden. The Silicon Valley giants, like Twitter’s Jack Dorsey deemed it dangerous information to share with the American public. Dorsey’s directive was to shutdown the investigative series of stories published by The New York Post. Those stories, which were vetted and based on facts, revealed a litany of concerning facts about Hunter Biden’s business dealings with China, Ukraine and his addiction to narcotics, prostitutes and possible money laundering by members of his family. It also exposed the dangerous national security concerns regarding a Biden presidency.

Hunter Biden’s private laptop – nor its contents – were blown off by most of main stream media. Why? Because it didn’t matter to these elitists, they were already in the bag for Joe Biden and they hated President Trump. In effect, they hate the more than 70 million Americans who voted for him and trust me they didn’t care what Biden or his family have done. The end game was removing President Trump at any cost.

These media organizations, like The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Daily Beast and other main stream cable and news outlets had no issues running, propagating and pushing daily lies for four years against President Donald Trump and his family. It was all they did for the last four years and their focus on him was so surreal it was sickening to those of us that were witnessing it from behind the walls of Washington D.C.s bureaucracy.

Lincoln Project faces backlash for urging people to harass members of Trump’s legal team

The Lincoln Project on Tuesday tweeted out the contact info of two attorneys working for President Donald Trump‘s legal team to challenge the election results from Pennsylvania and appeared to urge its followers to harass the duo. The Republican anti-Trump group faced fierce backlash from conservatives across Twitter for this action.

It is important to note that this contact info is publicly available on their respective professional biographies on the website of the Porter Wright law firm. Therefore this does not meet the definition of doxxing, something which some people have falsely accused the Lincoln Project of.

“Here are two attorneys attempting to help Trump overturn the will of the Pennsylvanian people,” the group tweeted, followed by their names, and their phone numbers and emails for work. After that, the group then said to “Make them famous.”

How the Dictators in ‘Democracies’ Stay in Power

Censorship is how they stay in power — censorship of the truth (not of the lies).

Most ‘democratic’ countries are democratic only in form but not in substance. They have a constitution, but there are infinite numbers of ways to get around it. Such ‘democracies’ have multiple candidates in ‘elections’, and have multiple Parties, but all of the Parties that succeed in becoming represented in the national legislature are funded by various billionaires, who collectively determine which candidates will be adequately funded, and which won’t. So: billionaires are the actual rulers there, because candidates who don’t serve any billionaire won’t stand any chance to become the nominee of any Party. Such candidates will be abandoned by the big money, and therefore would be merely a waste of money for any non-billionaire to donate to. Any such candidate can easily be overwhelmed by the money that’s going to his or her opponents who are backed by billionaires. No candidate who lacks the funds to get his/her message out to the voters stands any chance of winning, in such a ‘democracy’.

Winning public office thus becomes based upon propaganda: lying and censorship (so as to fool the public into thinking the candidate will serve the public instead of his/her top financial backers), which are done both by candidates’ campaigns and by the ‘news’-media that are controlled by the billionaires — the nation’s mainstream (i.e., well-funded) ‘news’-media. That propaganda is a lock-hold on accession to political power. And it is also a lock-hold on maintaining political power. And it is controlled by the billionaires, who are the ultimate political bosses in any such ‘democracy’.

Every recent national political campaign in any ‘democracy’ has been dominated by lying and censorship. Here is how that — the key to control — is enabled to function effectively:

People worldwide trust traditional — print and broadcast — news-media more than internet news-media, but only internet news-media even have the ability to enable readers to access immediately and directly, on their own, the reporter’s news-sources, in order for the reader him-or-herself to be able to verify, or else to disconfirm, on one’s own, how credible those sources — and therefore the article itself — actually are. (Any voter who relies only on billionaires-funded ‘fact-checking’ organizations to ‘verify’ ‘truth’ is no less totally controlled by the billionaires than is one who simply trusts his/her preferred ‘news’-media — that person, too, is totally controlled. Each individual’s active scientific skepticism of all news is essential, in order for the public to become enabled to take control.)

Consequently, in a rational world, the public would restrict itself only to online news-articles that take advantage of this unique new technological ability, which only the internet has — the ability to link to each source wherever there is a questionable allegation being made by the reporter. However, the vast majority of people are instead irrational, and the public therefore trust traditional print-and-broadcast ‘news’-media more than internet media — even more than the internet media which DO provide links to their sources (in other words: which empower their readers to check their sources).

The widespread distrust of information that’s obtained over the internet is the reason why polls show that the public consistently trust broadcast and printed news (billionaires-controlled news) more than news which is available only over the internet.

Mainstream Media Guilty of Treason, Usurped Constitutional Powers of the Electoral College, Violated the Sedition Act

The entire Mainstream Media (MSM) has distinguished itself throughout the 2020 election cycle as a central co-conspirator in the ongoing attempt to overthrow the President of the United States of America.

The extremely prominent role played by the MSM in this globalist war being waged against the American Republic was thrown into sharp relief this past weekend.

As if on cue, virtually every major MSM organ of propaganda and prevarication unlawfully declared candidate Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 POTUS election.

This single unconstitutional and illegal act of formally declaring a victor of a highly contested POTUS ballot is grounds for the Trump administration to shut down the corporate media—FOREVER!

Let’s be clear — CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, AP, UPI — as well as numerous other major news outlets, conspired to falsely proclaim Joe Biden the winner of an election that has yet to be determined by the Electoral College.

The statutory power of deciding the victor of every POTUS election resides solely with the Electoral College. Should that electoral body fail to arrive at a final decision, there are other prescribed procedures which also must be followed according to federal law.

In any event, the official POTUS election result must first be certified by all 50 states, which has yet to happen because of the overwhelming amount of voter fraud and election theft that has taken place. To date, all of the reported fraud, theft and related crimes have been perpetrated by the Democrat Party and their countless agents, Deep State operatives, NWO globalists proxies and countless culprits within the U.S. Intelligence Community.

In view of this proven and pervasive criminal fraud and felony theft, all abetted by the largest MSM news platforms, there is only one alternative—the offending corporate entities must be terminated.

According to the Federal Communications Commission, knowingly and willfully “Broadcasting False Information” is a serious transgression of the written rules and regulations. The immediate suspension of their required licenses to operate in their respective media spaces would give the nation a much needed reprieve from so much fake news, unrelenting misrepresentation of the facts, institutionalized mendacity and misleading reporting.

UN’s $5.1 Billion Shortfall Threatens Operations Worldwide

When the United Nations was struggling to cope with a cash crisis back in April 1996, one of the many drastic measures it undertook was to cut down on its staff.

So, it took the path of corporate America, and ironically, for a cash-strapped institution, it offered a “golden handshake” — a severance pay of about $80,000 each — to those who would voluntarily leave the near-bankrupt organization.

And as immortalized in the title of Woody Allen’s 1969 Hollywood comedy hit: about 400 staffers decided to “take the money and run.”

Fast forward to October 2020.

In today’s context, says one Asian diplomat, the UN is not in a position to offer such hefty golden handshakes even to some of the highest-ranking officials — if they do volunteer to quit.

A “liquidity crisis” triggered by late or non-payment of assessed contributions by 61 member states — amounting to a staggering $5.1 billion shortfall — is now threatening to undermine both the mandate and world-wide operations.

As of Nov. 2, only 132 Member States (out of 193), have paid their regular budget assessments in full, according to the latest UN figures.

The warnings about the current cash crisis have come from three directions: Secretary-General Antonio Guterres; President of the General Assembly Volkan Bozkir; and the 134-member Group of 77, the largest single coalition of developing countries in the world body.

When he introduced a proposed program budget for 2021 in mid-October, Guterres warned that “the liquidity crisis has not abated and severely hampers the organization’s ability to fulfil its obligations to the people we serve.”

“At this crucial time for our work, it bears repeating that the organization can only deliver on its mandates if member states meet their financial obligations in full and on time,” he declared.

The responsibility for day-to-day operations, currently under threat, falls squarely on the shoulders of an estimated global staff of about 32,417, according to the latest figures from the Chief Executives Board for Coordination, while the Secretariat staff in New York is estimated at over 3,000.

Prisca Chaoui, executive secretary of the 3,500-strong Staff Coordinating Council at the UN Office at Geneva (UNOG), told IPS: “Indeed management informed us they won’t allow extensions of contracts for more than two years, whereas the current rules allow for an extension up to five years.”

They have clearly indicated they wanted to reduce the liability of the organization, she said, pointing out there is a current “recruitment freeze which means nobody can be recruited and nobody can be promoted because of the liquidity crisis.”

“What we know is that there is an acute liquidity crisis but nobody has spoken yet about a financial crisis but we feel it is coming,” she added.

Above Political Divisions’: Poland’s President Signs US Defense Pact, Welcomes Working With Biden

Polish President Andrzej Duda signed a new defense deal between Warsaw and Washington on Tuesday that will provide a legal framework for the stationing of thousands of US troops on Polish soil.

On Tuesday, Poland signed a deal with the United States that will provide for more than 1,000 additional US troops to be stationed on Polish soil, including the forward deployment of the US Army’s V Corps from Fort Knox, Kentucky, to Poznan, Poland.

That means at least 5,500 US troops will be in Poland at any one time, while the deal provides for the possibility of another 20,000 to be rushed to the Eastern European country in case of an emergency.

Some of those troops will be rebased from Germany after US President Donald Trump ordered some 9,600 troops redeployed in response to Berlin’s failure to increase its defense budget in compliance with its earlier pledge to match NATO’s spending goals.

"Everyone who is familiar with politics knows perfectly well that the conclusion of this agreement will not only bring military effects, it not only translates into the US military presence - personnel and infrastructure … - It is primarily a guarantee of security for Poland and for the whole of this part of Europe," Duda said at the ceremony in the Presidential Palace in Warsaw.

The Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) had previously been approved by Polish Defense Minister Mariusz Blaszczak and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in August.

While the deal was drafted under the Trump administration and Duda even offered to name a new base “Fort Trump,” the conservative Polish president has indicated he is just as willing to work with the incoming Biden administration, even though Trump has not yet conceded the results of the November 3 US election.

“I believe that our partnership is above political divisions,” Duda said, according to the Associated Press. “We are waiting for the new US president to take office.”

Biden previously played a pivotal role in facilitating the US-backed coup d’etat in Ukraine in 2014, which threw out a nominally pro-Russian government and replaced it with a fanatically pro-NATO and pro-European Union group.

Poland is just one of several former members of the Soviet Union-led Warsaw Pact defensive alliance to have joined NATO in the years since the Warsaw Pact was dissolved and socialism in Eastern Europe overthrown. In Poland and the Baltic States, the US has signed Enhanced Forward Presence (EFP) deals allowing large numbers of US troops and equipment to be stationed and staged close to the Russian border after the nationalistic forces behind the coup in Ukraine forced Russian-speaking Crimea to secede and rejoin Russia, which the Western powers regarded as an illegal land grab by Moscow. More recently, US policy influencers in Washington have pushed for the US to sign an EFP deal with Romania as well.

Moscow has regarded NATO’s policy of expanding eastward as a direct threat and a violation of agreements made at the end of the Cold War designed to ensure a more neutral political era in the region.

What is #MaidenGate?

Twitter User SomeBitchIKnow appears to uncover Biden fake vote harvesting technique.

A resourceful American using the Twitter handle SomeBitchIKnow has uncovered what appears to be one of the ways that fake votes were harvested in the 2020 election when she discovered that her mother’s vote had been cast under here maiden name. Posting her discovery using #MaidenGate she spurred other women to check their ballot status under their maiden names at previous addresses and what happened next appears to have uncovered one of the ways that fake mail-in ballots for Joe Biden were harvested and counted.

Former Microsoft engineer sentenced to nine years in prison for stealing $10 million

The former software engineer used other employees' accounts to steal things such as digital gift cards.

A former Microsoft software engineer that was convicted for stealing more than $10 million from the company has been sentenced to nine years in prison.

The judgment, made by a jury, found that the charged individual, Volodymyr Kvashuk, committed 18 felonies. This consisted of five counts of wire fraud, six counts of money laundering, two counts of aggravated identity theft, two counts of filing false tax returns, and one count each of mail fraud, access device fraud, and access to a protected computer in furtherance of fraud.

Kvashuk worked as a Microsoft contractor before becoming an employee in August 2016. He was then fired in June 2018 after the company discovered his actions of theft.

According to records filed in the case and testimony at trial, during Kvashuk's time at Microsoft, he used his testing privileges to steal "currency stored value" such as digital gift cards. He then resold these goods on the internet, using the proceeds to purchase a $1.6 million dollar lakefront home and a $160,000 Tesla vehicle, the Department of Justice said.

When making these thefts, Kvashuk used three test email accounts associated with other employees in an attempt to mask any digital evidence that traced the thefts to him. These accounts, combined, purchased roughly $10.1 million worth of currency stored value.

"Stealing from your employer is bad enough, but stealing and making it appear that your colleagues are to blame widens the damage beyond dollars and cents," US Attorney Brian Moran said.

"This case required sophisticated, technological skills to investigate and prosecute, and I am pleased that our law enforcement partners and the US Attorney's Office have the skill sets needed to bring such offenders to justice."

He also used a bitcoin "mixing" service in an attempt to hide the source of the funds that passed into his bank and investment accounts. Across a seven-month span, approximately $2.8 million in bitcoin was transferred to his bank and investment accounts. These amounts were then filed as gifts from a relative in his tax returns.

"Kvashuk's scheme involved lies and deception at every step. He put his colleagues in the line of fire by using their test accounts to steal [currency stored value]. Rather than taking responsibility, he testified and told a series of outrageous lies. There is no sign that Kvashuk feels any remorse or regret for his crimes," prosecutors wrote to the court.

Along with the prison sentence, Kvashuk has also been ordered to pay $8.3 million in restitution and may be deported to Ukraine following his prison term.

Despite State GOP Claims To The Contrary, Georgia Is Ripe For Election Fraud

The presidential election might come down to Georgia, where years of subtle changes have been chipping away at election security in the state.

All eyes are on Georgia right now, where former Vice President Joe Biden leads President Trump by a razor-thin margin of fewer than 12,000 votes, making the presidential contest there the closest in the country.

Votes were still being counted over the weekend, and state election officials said nearly all ballots would be counted by the end of the day on Monday. Because the margin between Biden and Trump is so thin, less than 1 percent, it appears Georgia is headed for a recount regardless of the final vote tally.

All of this is happening amid allegations of voter fraud and ballot-counting irregularities. Republican Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler issued a joint statement Monday saying the management of the election in Georgia has become an “embarrassment.” They called on Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, also a Republican, to step down for failing “to deliver honest and transparent elections.”

Other Georgia officials pushed back. Republican Lt. Gov. Geoff Ducan told CNN that his office had seen “no credible examples” of voter fraud or irregularities, and Gabriel Sterling, the state’s voting systems implementation manager, held a news conference Monday to reassure the media that everything is fine and that any irregularities are a result of human error, not fraud.

But the story in Georgia isn’t that simple. Structural changes to Georgia’s election law implemented piecemeal over the past decade, specifically changes to absentee mail-in voting, have made the state more susceptible to voter fraud. Whether it’s on a scale large enough to change the outcome of the presidential election, no one knows right now. That’s one of the things we might find out in a recount.

Because most Americans don’t closely follow election laws and lawsuits in Georgia, here’s a quick breakdown of the ways recent changes to Georgia’s election laws might be affecting the presidential election.
