Dems could have figured it would be shut down again so went balls deep with the mail-ins, which was the strategy developed by using the "pandemic" to justify high mail-in numbers.
This time good guys don't flip and dems are caught out.
If so, bigger story is using the pandemic to rig an election they knew they would lose legally. 2nd wave must be the follow up to make the normies think the "pandemic" was real. WW involvement means act of war against the US.
