Ten Attorneys General Join Supreme Court Case Against Pennsylvania Mail-In Ballot Deadline

As Republicans across the country escalate efforts to investigate credible allegations of fraud during the 2020 election, a group of ten Republican Attorneys General have filed an 'amicus brief' with the US Supreme Court in a case challenging the legality of late mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania.

AGs from Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Texas filed in Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Boockvar, which challenges the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's late October decision to allow ballots arriving after Election Day to be counted - despite, as The Federalist notes - state laws mandating otherwise.

"Free and fair elections are the cornerstone of our Republic and it’s one of the reasons why the United States is the envy of the world," said Missouri AG Eric Schmitt in a Monday press conference. "We have to ensure that every legal vote cast is counted in that every illegal vote cast is not counted."

Associate Justice Samuel Alito Jr. already granted the Republican Party of Pennsylvania’s request and temporarily ordered all counties segregate mail-in ballots that arrived after 8 p.m. on Election Day from others, but the lawsuit is still pending petition in the highest court.

The attorneys’ hope is that by filing as “friends of the Court” and demonstrating a “strong interest” in the ramifications of the Supreme Court’s potential decision that SCOTUS may be more willing to take up the case. -The Federalist

"The actions taken by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court are one of the most breathtaking abuses of judicial authority that I’ve seen in my four-plus years as attorney general," said Oklahoma AG Mike Hunter.

Plaintiffs argue that the PA Supreme Court exceeded its authority and violated the Constitution's Election Clauses which give state legislatures, not the courts, the power and "unique role" to decide various election procedures.

"Our system of federalism relies on separation of powers to preserve liberty at every level of government, and the separation of powers in the Election Clauses is no exception to this principle," reads the amicus brief.

They also believe the decision handed down by the Pennsylvania Court expanded the potential for voter fraud. This decision, the attorneys general argue, may have affected the weight of votes in states outside of Pennsylvania which is in direct violation of previous Court rulings stating that every vote must be “fairly counted without its being distorted by fraudulently cast votes.”

Andrew Cuomo: ‘If I Wasn’t Governor of New York, I Would’ve Decked’ President Trump

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D), during a Monday appearance on The Howard Stern Show, confessed that he would have “decked” President Trump if not for his position as the governor of the Empire State.

Cuomo appeared on the show to promote his latest book titled American Crisis: Leadership Lessons From the COVID-19 Pandemic. The two leaders — Trump and Cuomo — have had a rocky relationship, and Cuomo told the host that he has had to exercise great restraint for the good of his state.

“I bit my tongue so many times I have tongue scars,” the governor said. “Here’s the trick, Howard. I want to speak to the better angels. I want to lift people up and I want to show Trump for what he is by opposition.”

“I also had the practical situation: I needed him to help New York,” Cuomo said. “That was my job. If I wasn’t Governor of New York, I would’ve decked him. Period. He was attacking me. He was attacking my family. He was anti-Italian. He was every nasty thing.”

His brother, CNN’s Chris Cuomo, also has a history of being openly anti-Trump, earning him the “Fredo” nickname popularized by Breitbart News’s John Nolte. The elder brother took issue with the president adopting the nickname, explaining that he is “very sensitive to all ethnic slight.”

“It’s not funny. First, the mafia stereotype has been such a stain for Italians for so long —and that’s where they go when they want to get cheap and nasty,” he told Stern, contending that Trump targeted his sibling — a primetime CNN host — to “attack” him personally.

“I said to him, ‘You want to attack me? Attack me. I don’t have a problem with that, but why are you bringing my brother into it? He’s just doing his job,'” he said.

Last year, Chris Cuomo claimed that “Fredo” was equivalent to the “n-word” for Italians, drawing backlash from black conservatives.

The governor added, “Take away that word governor for 24 hours, I would have had a field day with him [Trump].”

Cuomo has continued to tout his handling of the Chinese coronavirus in his state while dodging questions on whether it was a mistake to send coronavirus patients into nursing homes. Roughly 33,000 died statewide as a result of the Wuhan virus.

Ex-Mueller Deputy Andrew Weissmann Compares President Trump to Hitler

Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s ex-deputy Andrew Weissmann on Tuesday compared President Trump to Adolf Hitler in a tweet, amid Democrat calls for Trump supporters to join together with the left and “heal.”

Weissman, a former senior Justice Department official until he joined Mueller’s team in 2017, tweeted Tuesday morning, “For those people who say we should appease Trump, how did that approach go for Neville Chamberlain”:

Weissmann, despite holding a top position at the DOJ until 2017, was reportedly very partisan. In December 2017, the Wall Street Journal reported that he attended former 2016 Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s election-night party.

Election filings also state that Weissmann donated several thousand dollars to the Democratic Party, including a $2,350 contribution to the Obama Victory Fund in 2008 and $2,000 to the DNC in 2006.

Since leaving Mueller’s team and writing a book, he has lamented that the special counsel was not able to prove there was any collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

Joe Biden’s Coronavirus Task Force Is a Rockefeller, Council on Foreign Relations, Gates Foundation Swamp

As the media-ordained President-Elect Joe Biden announces his Coronavirus Task Force it is becoming increasingly clear that a Biden/Harris administration will maintain many of the relationships established under the Trump administration.

On Monday, Joe Biden announced the creation of a COVID-19 Transition Advisory Board and a Coronavirus Task Force that will assume control of the fight against COVID-19 on January 20, 2021, should he eventually be sworn in as the 46th president of the United States. Biden stated that Transition Advisory Board would help his presidential transition team establish rapid testing and a “core of contact tracers to track and curb this disease.”

Biden also issued a call for the American people to begin wearing masks “for the next few months” until a vaccine is available. Biden said the CDC has called a mask the “most potent weapon against the virus.” The former Vice President also repeated his warning that the U.S. was facing a “dark winter”, a phrase that has been repeated with increasing frequency over the two weeks.

The three chairs would oversee ten other health professionals and experts in their field.

In previous investigations we have revealed the ties between the Trump admin’s Operation Warp Speed and Big Pharma, DARPA, and the Gates Foundation. Connections to the Gates Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Council on Foreign Relations, and the CIA

Before we proceed, if you find yourself wondering, “what’s wrong with being connected to the Gates Foundation or Bill Gates?”, I recommend reading my 3-part investigation into Bill Gates. The simple fact is that Gates and his foundation have been able to gain influence and control of global health policies by funding and partnering with nearly every global organization involved in health in one fashion or another. This was apparent under Donald Trump’s Operation Warp Speed and it is apparent with Biden’s Task Force.

For starters, at least six members of the 13 member Task Force have worked directly with Gates or the Gates Foundation, while at least 3 others have tangential connections to Gates. Several members also have connections to the Rockefeller Foundation, which is also infamous for shaping international health policy.

Let’s begin with the tangential connections. These might not be evidence of a strong relationship with the Gates Foundation or other organizations, but they do show the consistent presence of these institutions. We will progress through each task force member and show an increasing amount of worrisome relationships.

Trudeau Says 'Deeply Disappointed' After Another Liberal MP Resigns Amid Scandal

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Tuesday that he is deeply disappointed in former member of his Liberal Party caucus Yasmin Ratansi who resigned following revelations that she kept her sister on her ministerial payroll in violation of nepotism rules.

On Monday, the Toronto Member of Parliament Ratansi announced that she is leaving the ranks of the Liberal Party after an investigation by the state CBC broadcaster revealed that she employed her sister in her Don Valley East constituency office in violation of nepotism rules.

"I am deeply disappointed by the news I learned yesterday from Ms Ratansi and how she handled the office", Trudeau told reporters. "It is unacceptable and I expect there to be a thorough follow up by the House administration on this".

Rantansi reportedly employed her sister under a false identity throughout much of her 12 years in office - between 2004 and 2011 and since 2015. She is the second Member of Parliament in 2020 to leave the Liberal Party because of a scandal.

"I made an error in judgement by employing my sister in my constituency office, and I have remedied the situation, but this does not excuse the error I made", Ratansi wrote on her Facebook page.

Yet another former Liberal member of parliament is facing fraud and breach of trust charges for using his position as a public office holder to solicit loans for his personal benefit.

In light of the multiple instances of wrongdoing by former members of his caucus, Trudeau defended the Liberal Party, saying that he works with "an extraordinary group of MPs'" and that he will continue to hold them to the highest standard.

Ratansi said in a statement that the incident has been referred to the Office of the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner and that she is awaiting guidance from the ethics commissioner.

‘Safer world?’ Stoltenberg calls on international community to get rid of nukes, says NATO members should keep theirs for now

The world should “urgently pursue nuclear disarmament,” NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has said, while calling nukes a pillar of international peace and arguing it is not the time for the Alliance to forgo its arsenal.

The international community needs to bolster its efforts aimed at getting rid of nuclear weapons in the world, the secretary general said on Tuesday, at NATO’s annual Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) conference in Romania.

“Our ultimate goal is a world free of nuclear weapons”, he declared, while calling the UN Non-Proliferation Treaty the best basis for a way forward. That agreement, which came into force in 1970, was designed to prevent the spread of nuclear arms technologies through their transfer from nuclear powers to non-nuclear states as well as to set the goal of a complete nuclear disarmament.

Yet, Stoltenberg apparently believed it would be a bad idea to let NATO set an example in this noble pursuit and be first to abandon its nuclear arsenal in the name of peace. The secretary-general maintained that nuclear weapons do play a “vital role” in safeguarding international security, adding that any nuclear disarmament should happen only in what he called a balanced, reciprocal and verifiable way.

“Giving up our deterrent without any guarantees that others will do the same is a dangerous option”, he said. “A world where Russia, China, North Korea and others have nuclear weapons, but NATO does not, is not a safer world.”

Still, he boasted NATO’s supposed success on the way to a nuclear-free world. “Together, we have reduced the number of nuclear weapons in Europe by more than 90 percent over the past 30 years,” he said.

What the secretary-general apparently forgot to mention was that this achievement was not a result of some internal deliberations at NATO but that of a series of treaties between the US and the USSR and, later, Russia.

Russian Embassy in UK Slams BBC Report on White Helmets as Unprofessional and Unfounded

The Russian embassy in the United Kingdom criticized on Tuesday a BBC series of reports about the White Helmets that omitted the organization's "proven links with terrorist organizations" and false-flag provocations, among its other illegitimate activities in Syria.

Previously, BBC Radio 4 released a podcast series titled "Intrigue. Mayday" this week that was focused on the activities of the White Helmets and the persona of the organization's founder, ex-officer of MI6 British Secret Intelligence Service James Le Mesurier.

"First of all, we are appalled by the whole method the BBC uses in this particular work, defining the Russian position or statements as 'false,' apparently by default, without providing any evidence. Moreover, judging by your letter, it is Russia which has to do the job of persuading the BBC in the credibility of its actions and statements, rather than vice versa. We do not think this peculiar form of journalism should be considered a professional one by any standards," the embassy said in a letter to the BBC.

Asserting that Russia's position on the matter is "well-founded," the embassy cited the abundant evidence — both collected on the ground and provided by intelligence services — that denudes the White Helmets' direct links to terrorist organizations in Syria. The organization pursued a coup in Damascus and carried out numerous illegitimate actions toward this aim, including false-flag chemical attacks and disinformation campaigns, according to the letter.

Le Mesurier, in particular, has a proven record of direct communications with terrorist organizations during the time he spent in Syria and Kosovo, the embassy said.

"James Le Mesurier was found dead soon after these links were exposed. Speculations on Russian involvement in his death, convenient as they are, are part of a deliberate disinformation campaign against Russia, in which the BBC is sadly participating," the letter read.

New EU budget dismissed as ‘Soros Plan’ by Hungarian govt spokesperson

Hungary’s government spokesperson Zoltan Kovacs has accused the EU of “blackmail” and of “executing the Soros Plan” after the European Parliament reached agreement on the bloc’s 2021-2027 budget and €1.8-trillion recovery package.

The European Parliament and EU government negotiators reached a deal on Tuesday after four months of talks, although the agreement could suffer some hitches when it seeks formal approval by the 27 member states, given previous reservations expressed by Poland and Hungary.

Following the conclusion of talks, Kovacs published an article via the PM's International Communications Office accusing the EU of “executing the Soros Plan” by trying to give the parliament the power to “blackmail and pressure dissenting member states to fall in line.”

The Catholic Church has been condemned for prioritizing its own reputation over the protection of thousands of children who were abused for decades by priests, according to a damning new report in the UK.

A government-backed independent inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse in the Roman Catholic Church in England and Wales published its findings on Tuesday. The investigative report slammed the Catholic Church for putting its reputation first and not adequately addressing thousands of accusations of sexual assault.

The report claims that the Church's "moral purpose was betrayed over decades" not only by those abusing minors, but by those who "turned a blind eye" to these heinous crimes.

The Church's neglect of the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of children and young people in favor of protecting its reputation was in conflict with its mission of love and care for the innocent and vulnerable.

The inquiry found that the Church neglected its duty to support survivors and victims, while taking positive action to protect alleged perpetrators, including moving accused priests to other parishes.

The UK's most senior Roman Catholic cleric, Cardinal Vincent Nichols, is also named in the report and is accused of failing to show compassion for the victims of sexual abuse by priests.

The World Economic Forum's (WEF) annual meeting at the end of January in Davos, Switzerland, brings together international business and political leaders, economists and other high-profile individuals to discuss global issues. Driven by the vision of its influential CEO Klaus Schwab, the WEF is the main driving force for the dystopian 'great reset', a tectonic shift that intends to change how we live, work and interact with each other.

The great reset entails a transformation of society resulting in permanent restrictions on fundamental liberties and mass surveillance as entire sectors are sacrificed to boost the monopoly and hegemony of pharmaceuticals corporations, high-tech/big data giants, Amazon, Google, major global chains, the digital payments sector, biotech concerns, etc.

Using COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions to push through this transformation, the great reset is being rolled out under the guise of a 'Fourth Industrial Revolution' in which older enterprises are to be driven to bankruptcy or absorbed into monopolies, effectively shutting down huge sections of the pre-COVID economy. Economies are being 'restructured' and many jobs will be carried out by AI-driven machines.

In a short video showcased on social media, the WEF predicts that by 2030, "You'll own nothing and you'll be happy." A happy smiling face is depicted while a drone delivers a product to a household, no doubt ordered online and packaged by a robot in a giant Amazon warehouse: 'no humans were involved in manufacturing, packaging or delivering this product'; rest assured, it is a virus- and bacteria-free - because even in 2030, they will need to keep the fear narrative alive and well to maintain full-spectrum dominance over the population.

The jobless (and there will be many) could be placed on some kind of universal basic income and have their debts (indebtedness and bankruptcy on a massive scale is the deliberate result of lockdowns and restrictions) written off in return for handing their assets to the state or more precisely the financial institutions helping to drive this great reset.

The WEF says the public will 'rent' everything they require: stripping the right of ownership under the guise of 'sustainable consumption' and 'saving the planet'. Of course, the tiny elite who rolled out this great reset will own everything.

Hundreds of millions around the world deemed 'surplus to requirements' are to be robbed (are currently being robbed) of their livelihoods. Our every movement and purchase are to be monitored and our main dealings will be online.

'Abolish the Senate' trends on social media after Democratic senator's remarks during interview

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) prompted many on the left to call for "abolishing the Senate" on Monday afternoon following an interview with Fox News.

During the interview, Fox News host Bret Baier asked the West Virginia lawmaker to comment on Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer's remarks that the Democrats will "change America" if they are able to win two run-off Senate races in the state of Georgia.

Manchin told Baier, "Well, there's a lot of people that are concerned. There's a lot of fear tactics that are being used right now. If both of the Georgia senators were elected from the Democratic Party, then that would be 50-50, if both Dan Sullivan and Thom Tillis win; 50-50 means there's a tie. But if one senator does not vote on the Democratic side, there is no tie and there is no bill.

“So, I commit to you tonight and I commit to all of your viewers and everyone else that's watching, I want to lay those fears, I want to rest those fears for you right now, because, when they talk about whether it be packing the courts or ending the filibuster, I will not vote to do that," Manchin added. “I will not vote to pack the courts. I think — and I will not vote to end the filibuster. Bret, this system, the Senate, this so unique body in the world, it was made to work together in a bipartisan way. And once you start breaking down those barriers, then you lose every reason that we are the institution that we are, the most deliberative body."

Manchin added that he will simply not be the "50th Democrat" voting to end that filibuster.

“So, I want to lay those fears to rest, that that won't happen, because I will not be the 50th Democrat voting to end that filibuster or to basically stack the court," he insisted. “And then all the other things you're hearing about, Bret, also, is — defund the police. I don't know of any of the Democrats in the caucus that are for defunding the police. We are not for that whatsoever. And when they talk about basically Medicare for All, we can't even pay for Medicare for some. It doesn't make any sense at all. We have got to fix the Affordable Care Act we have. And I think our Republican — moderate Republicans will work with us to now repair what needs to be repaired."

Following the Senate Democrat's remarks, leftists on social media took to Twitter to call for abolishing of the Senate, prompting the notion to begin trending on the platform.

As reported by The Daily Wire, those calling for abolishing the Senate included filmmaker Samuel Black, journalists Gary Legum, Bob Chipman, Jennifer Rubin, Russ Bengtson, and Jessica Mason Pieklo.

Manchin later took to Twitter to clarify his Fox News interview remarks, writing, "Let me be clear: I will not vote to pack the courts & I will not vote to end the filibuster. The U.S. Senate is the most deliberative body in the world. It was made so that we work together in a bipartisan way. If you get rid of the filibuster, there's no reason to have a Senate."
