==Violations of Election Laws - $10K Fine and/or 5 Yrs Prison

Pursuant to 42 USCS § 1973i==

Whoever knowingly or willfully pays or offers to pay or accepts payment either for registration to vote or for voting will be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

Any person voting more than once shall be held criminally liable for illegal voting.  A person voting without possessing proper qualifications to vote and willfully voting is guilty of illegal voting. Statutes render election officers criminally liable for violations or omissions of their duties under election laws.
