Did Maxine Waters say in 2013 that Obama transferred or duplicated the HAMMER VAULT to the Organizing for Action (OFA) nonprofit 501c????
The video clip someone linked in >>11579694 (pb) (thanks anon!) is from the show Washington Watch with Roland Martin interviewing Maxine Waters in 2013 when Obama was beginning his 2nd term.
First note this:
"THE HAMMER VAULT is a secret data center repository where valuable surveillance data vacuumed up by THE HAMMER, including corporate and military intellectual property and U.S. defense secrets, were securely stored and made accessible only to Obama team insiders."

Then note what she says in the clip. Reading between the lines, I heard two things - 1st he isn't really gone after the end of his 2nd term because of this shadow organization he put in place, and 2nd that this organization has a database with rare detailed data on everyone that could only come from massive surveillance (HAMMER VAULT?):
MARTIN: The inauguration represented the beginning of his 2nd term, but it also represented the countdown of the end of his presidency, and the reality is, uh like anything else, you better get what you can while he's there because look come 2016, that's it.
WATERS: Well, you know, I don’t know; and I think some people are missing something here. The president has put in place an organization that contains the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life. That’s going to be very, very powerful, and whoever –
MARTIN: In terms of the Organizing for America, that he’s now shifting to become a 501(c)(4).
WATERS: — that’s right. That’s right. And that database will have information about everything on every individual in ways that it’s never been done before. And whoever runs for president on the Democratic ticket has to deal with that. They’re going to have to go down with that database and the concerns of those people, because they can’t get around it. And he’s been very smart. I mean it’s very powerful what he’s leaving in place, and I think that’s what any Democratic candidate is going to have to deal with.

Then remember Charles Krauthammer's supposed death bead warning about Obama's shadow government which is the 30000+ strong OFA which Paul Sperry also wrote about.

OFA has offices across the US and in many countries.
"Run by old Obama aides and campaign workers, federal tax records show “nonpartisan” OFA marshals 32,525 volunteers nationwide. Registered as a 501(c)(4), it doesn’t have to disclose its donors, but they’ve been generous. OFA has raised more than $40 million in contributions and grants since evolving from Obama’s campaign organization Obama for America in 2013."
"Obama will be overseeing it all from a shadow White House located within two miles of Trump. It features a mansion, which he’s fortifying with construction of a tall brick perimeter, and a nearby taxpayer-funded office with his own chief of staff and press secretary. Michelle Obama will also open an office there, along with the Obama Foundation."
