I don't understand why John Brennan is scared.
POTUS has let him roam free for the last four years; why would he arrest him if he'd get pardoned by Sleepy?

I wasn't saying he shouldn't be scared or that Biden will pardon him (because Biden and Harris should be more scared).
I'm just saying that, in his mind, why should he be scared?
