I question the legality of this. Effectively, if your state didn't vote for the popular vote winner, your vote would then be flipped for someone you didn't voter for. That is not representative in the least.
This is a ploy to try to make the east and west coast large cities the ones who dictate who will be president. Doing away with the Electoral College without being up front about it.
And they can just concentrate election fraud in those areas.
