The data actually shows that they rigged the software to kick in when R votes where at a higher threshold than D votes. They also fucked up since mail in ballots are different in the dataset so easy to filter out.
It's a good video for who hasn't seen it yet. Bit longwinding but well enough explained non-math anons can understand it.

Many countries have legal framework written to gain access to your computer/network.
[They] then post CP on your computer/network.
[They] can then raid/charge you and put you away behind bars, even if you are innocent.
It's the digital version of planting drugs during a bust.
All it does is tell the ToC that sector of data is clear for data to be written in that place. If no software is written you can recover what was written there without trouble.
If some data is written forensic data analysts can try to reconstruct data (document/picture with the datapoints they have)
