No sauce for how he knows what the guys saw.
Just stuff it full of bytes 'til it won't take no more.
>This is not reliable because of the remapping I mentioned.
But the odds of anything incriminating (and recognizable) in a few-hundred byte block that the controller said "Ut-oh this block looks bad, better put it aside" is nil.
>Is there a downside to disabling cache? Sites will still load, or?
If you're poking around multiple pages on one website they're take longer to load. The cache is to eliminate redundancy. Won't be an issue with this site. The redundant stuff (logo images, javascript files, etc) is minimal.
>These areas are not a few hundert bytes.
But how many sectors get junked out? if you fill it with data until the filesystem won't take a single byte more then everything gets filled. Then delete your random.dat file and do it again. The extra sectors for wear-leveling will all have a turn.
>are Q's posts still available on 8kun? ive noticed the past few days the links in the bread dont work?
>What gives?
They link to breads that are old enough to be pushed off the bottom of the catalogue.
