"Our van life adventure continues and it’s time to head into Portugal!"

These people were in Spain and decided to go back home to UK but they ran into issues in France and couldn't get any information about being able to cross in the UK. They were hearing rumors that France was going hard lockdown, they turned around and went back to Spain and are currently heading to Portugal. No mentions of military.

Vanlife Italy, the people are heading back to their region and leaving Sicily because they're afraid the ferry will stop running.

No military but someone else mentioned riots in the south.

Van life France–france is locking down hard. UK lady there can't get back to UK, Spain is shutting certain provinces. She could to to switerland or Germany but she doesn't like the water. Italy is out so she's going to spain, she thinks. nope, italy.
