If DS military assets are moved in, DS loses their grip. It's an all or nothing move.
Their main hedge is on the public being unaware of who they are. Soon as foreign soldiers enter the mix and MSM spins it, both MSM and DS loses all credibility. They can't have that.
They can only have F military under the guise of something else (Covid control, police whatever).
People don't want to talk about it all because it gives the whole 'movement' (or whatever this is) a "Ummm isn't that a conspiarcy?" vibe.
The harsher truth would be that everything we dig into here is tied directly into galactic politics and insurgency tactics on that scale too.
You can assume that a good percentage of children trafficked are not just kept on world and that various governing entities keep an eye on, not only Earth, but thousands of other planets at a similar social point.
DS did not take their banking and psychological warfare systems from there forefathers and private schooling. Think of how effective the system is and how legitimately stupid all the DS actors are. That sort of system takes time to develop.
Lord knows how many planets have gone through their "HRC won" event and are still barely functioning to recount the tale.
