It also doesn't matter if they already threw out Trump ballots. BUT it DOES matter if you can prove different ballots had different standards of "approval". If the ballots aren't equal in following laws of the state THEN we have a case.
These recounts should not be about overturning the actual ccount but proving that different counties/polling locations/types of ballots had different standards.
