An anon brought up RICO a few years back in relation to specific Q posts but I can't remember which. That anon referred to using RICO in conjunction with the Patriot Act to get every bad actor from top to bottom. Interestingly enough, I just looked up the current legal definition of Terrorism in the USA and wouldn't you know it: Among many things, Terrorism is an act that appears to: "1. to intimidate or coerce a civilian population" or "2. to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion" If this indeed the plan, all these bad actors could have been monitored via intelligence agencies through the Patriot Act and could face military tribunals since they are defined as terrorists. If they go the legal route via RICO, showing they are all working together in furtherance of their crimes, they would constitute a continuing criminal enterprise.
