So i was wondering why some states have almost no lost votes and some have huge amounts of lost votes and then it hit me..
Could it be that States like PA and NY is where they needed more lost votes because they had the fake ballots to add to the pot and so it's not super obvious that they added all this vote?
And they shuffled votes around however they wanted.
