but I also think that Putin likes european - and german - culture a lot. and he's a smart guy.
But, of course, "power" also changes people.
Guess at the moment he's careful - and he knows that clowns and Soros and cabal are trying a "regime change" - that's why he's to authoritarian.
Hope when that danger is reduced things might change in a good way in Russia.
And maybe Putin then will step down voluntary when he sees that the danger of "cabal regime changes" is eliminated.
(I also heard a rumour, that monarchy might come back. Well, we will see)
