The above Third Circuit Court of Appeals case cited in POTUS' complaint filed in the U.S.Fed.Dist.Court Middle District of Pennsylvania held that the court's REMEDY for the plaintiff who proved that "absentee ballots were cast illegally" for the defendant was the denial and injunction against the defendant candidate for U.S. Senate from exercising ANY authority inherent in the Senate seat sought!
