This is a movie reference from Bladerunner 2049. The reference is to a historical event in the movies origin story. The power went off in their past and they lost most of the history and memory on computers…the teller makes the joke that one good thing that came of losing all memory banks was that all world debt was erased. Global reset. Same topic of movie FIGHTCLUB. Which is a deeply esoteric movie about making men masculine again and destroying the banking system….the main character is MKULTRA and has an alter.
Mr Robot…MKULTRA alters……wants to reset world to before 9/11. Last season explained how FBI was totally corrupted and how they could fake a 9/11 and pin it on a patsy.
