I was on gnews looking at the latest leaks and I watched this video.

At around 40 seconds, there is a very brief clip that appears to be the cell phone footage from the infamous foot-job video. Remember when Hunter says "We could make millions". "Seriously?" she says, and he gets his phone and starts filming (obviously unaware that the laptop camera is already recording). So there is cell phone footage of this activity.

Now this video has a very brief clip that is indeed that cell phone footage… The girl is wearing the same black tights and holding her knees just like the original video, and you get a pretty clear shot of her face.

She looks very young. Is it Natalie Biden?

I think it is. Obviously anons have compared the voices, and it sounds like her. There's also all the text messages talking about his relationship, how it was inappropriate, etc.

Their attitude is telling. This is obviously someone he knows well. He's very comfortable, laughing with this girl. He also says "why haven't we been doing this?" implying that they have been together before but this is the first time she's used her feet.
