There was a post earlier about AZ corruption, especially about trafficking. A possible source of info is a Phoenix newspaper called the New Times. I remember reading an article decades ago about the AZ Mafia. Might have some digging material, for the autists. I don't even know if the paper exists anymore since I no longer live in Phx.
