This is technically true. When Flynn spoke to Russia he was a current Obama employee and had been tapped for Trump's admin much against Obama's will. Flynn was doing his job as an OFFICIAL.

Biden is just a CITIZEN right now. He's not president elect in any way shape or form except by the media. IF you accept that Biden did nothing wrong–then you accept that rather than a PRIVATE citizen he actually IS president elect?

Biden just violated the Logan Act by contacting a foreign government and entering into negotiations as a PRIVATE CITIZEN, unless of course, again, you believe he IS president elect, in which case it would be fine.
