Just my opinion but…
I would think the states that used the system would have to be recounted after a mutually-accepted software release is pushed out.
While the code is being fixed, the ballots would be reviewed to remove all the fraudulent ballots with no signatures, overnight delivery of all Biden votes, etc.
Then the cleaned ballots get reprocessed through the patched system.
