So if Congress neglects this 'supervisory power' what steps do WE THE PEOPLE take to get action and be heard?

We can complain first to our Senators and Representatives that they have SUPERVISORY POWER over the State election laws and they need to take action IMMEDIATELY which the Constitution gives them the power to do.

When they refuse we can make an ethics complaint....
