Biden to Make Combatting Global warming agenda an ‘All-of-Government Agenda’

On a farewell visit to Canada, THEN-VP BIDEN addressed a high-faluting CAN-USA audience of deep state players. Trudeau intro'd BIDEN.

Point is that Biden said a few things then that are relative now. Big tell was his description of Trudeau re 'climate change'. Also, his description of his working relationship with THEN-POTUS OBAMA. And, his butchery of a common phrase he used to 'toast' Canada.

1. According to the report from the Canadian Broadcasting Corportion aka CBC:

Describing the unease in Europe over Brexit and the groundswell of isolationism and anti-trade rhetoric that surfaced during the [2016] U.S. election as a difficult period in history, Biden said "vive le Canada, because we need you very, very badly."

Several problems with this report. First is that the supposed anti-trade rhetoric led to the new USMC trade deal and so Biden got that all wrong, natch. Second, Biden did not say the french phrase correctly so the CBC published a cleaned-up correction instead a direct quotation. And Biden was supposedly making a toast but he had no drink in his hand when he did so. He realized and jarringly said, while making the formal toast, "Had I a glass, I'd toast you by saying, viva la Canada."

So he made an empty toast, botched the french phrase while supposedly complimenting a french Canadian PM, and inadvertenty foretold the successful trade negotiations of the supposedly anti-trade TRUMP administration.

So BIDEN addressed the CAN-USA audience of deep state operatives during his farewell visit to OTTAWA CANADA after the 2016 election. He spoke of isolationism as if encouring the Canadian PM Trudea to self-isolate – that is pre-quarantine days. When the Wuhan VIRUS first 'broke out', Trudeau inexplicably stayed at home while occassionally making brief press statements at his front door. It was very odd that the press did not question him much during those strange encounters.

See pic. Biden's address during his farewell speach included a description of his working relationship with THEN-PRES OBAMA. In it he referred to the daily national security briefings. He also said that the power of the VP is all reflective and is actually a role that has no power and 'that is how it should be'. He went on to both an old english phrase, prolly in an attempt to invoke his claim to an IRISH heritage. He said that when he speaks he speaks for Obama and "there's nothing lost between the cup and the lip." Supposedly he meant to say that he and OBAMA were as one, politically, or somesuch, like how he described his role as the lead, the point man, on UKRAINE. But the actual phrase means that stuff can happen, shit happens, at the last minute, between when you think you have won, for example, and when you suddenly lose all.

The actual phrase is idiomatic, There's many a slip 'twixt the cup and the lip, meaning that Nothing is certain until one possesses it.

While the CBC corrected BIDEN's botching, and so insulting, use of a common french phrase that was supposed be complimentary to PM Trudeau, and sideways to CANADIANS, the REPORTS did not correct BIDEN's screwing up the idiomatic phrase that meant the direct opposite of what BIDEN supposedly intended to say.
