This isn't new, not the first time by any means. They do this every couple months when the narrative gets really bad for them. Don't feel bad if you are mentally or spiritually disturbed by those images. That is normal for a healthy person. And it's not your fault you saw them. Give yourself some peace of mind by clearing your cache out, remind yourself that these people are why we fight against the global elite, and most importantly take a deep breath. Remember that they are doing this to hurt and demoralize us.

The thumbnail is, at least. I don't think your computer downloads the actual picture unless you click the thumbnail (and if you're clicking the thumbnail, you probably deserve what happens to you…)
To get rid of all of it you gotta either close 8kun or wait for BO to delete it all and then reload the page, then open history and flush all your cached images. Unfortunately the guy keeps reposting just a few, there's really no way to stop them since they can change their IP address as often as necessary.
