So, we have people saying the individual Dominion machine totals are being changed
And we have a Lt Gen saying the Hammer software is being used at the Sec State level to change the vote totals
Which one is right? Is either claim correct? Are we being played by the Left? Be careful Trump.
This disproves the 'Dominion people are changing the votes' narrative.

The 138,000 vote change in MI at 4am could only have occured at one place, not both.

Dominion is the maker of the individual voting machines. Trump and Rudy are saying they have whistleblowers from Dominion.
The Lt Gen is saying that a CIA program, called Hammer, is being used after the Dominion vote totals are passed up the the Sec of States office in order to change vote totals.
