They think Biden will win, and instead of trying to force people to Vax vis a vis WARPSPEED, (this vaccine probably doesn't have the right nanotech/chip/rat poison for their purposes), they're just going to withhold the vaccine for many months in order to do a long lockdown and Great Reset.
