Milwaukee city's "far southwest side" is very conservative,or has been traditionally for years

also look into ballot collection boxes at libraries throughout the city

but also look at the north and northeast side; those two areas are swimming with "community organizations" funded by various nonprofits, one of which is local and is an offshoot of the biggest flag-maker in the nation (conveniently located south of the city, but within the Milwaukee county area). That one funded "get out the vote" activities during the final 10-day stretch to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars - on the north side. I can only guess how many others were doing the same.

the north side has been hemmed in and literally kept as a "plantation" for decades….it's distressing and depressing

i hope and pray some official is really looking into this
