The code should be open source, the casting process should be automatic, instant, auditable, and transparent. What gets me is in a few months I could write an app that does this, yet someone put significant time, effort, and resources into making sure there were enough issues with data integrity to make stealing an election as trivial as possible.
Someone or more likely many someones KNOWINGLY created and used this hot mess with the intention of stealing elections. A real voting app would be trivial by comparison.
