Newsbaker is the one that runs that site, last I heard they were upset about /comms/ being ejected from the kitchen (even though they weren't) and is refusing to fix it because they don't like the notables anons put in.
A Quick Theory.
This post was part of Game Theory. Twitter had planned to remove POTUS, so Q posted this which made them realize if they it would be the final red line they would ever cross. So, in response they had no choice but to not remove POTUS only to slap labels on his tweets which in turn allows him to keep tweeting and makes them look even worse than if they just removed him all together. Everyone is waiting for an event to happen that won't happen because this post was meant to keep it from happening.
