No - votes RECEIVED after election day. The state supreme court usurped legislature power and said the ballots counted if received after, as long as postmarked on.
We don't know if they were segregated or not, at least not by an election official.
There is no way to know they are "otherwise legal," plus "othewrise legal" is a stupid standard. Oh, other than they were cast a week after the election they were legal.
They are not legal. They are late. They do not count. No matter who they were for.
probably 10 million people and 320 million bots
This case may pertain to a handful of ballots where voter ID critera not met, and those few were still held back.
Lots of lawsuits flying around, and no reliable tracker for issue/size/venue.
