What are segregated votes?
Thank you…. so not counting segregated votes is not only good, it is the right thing to do.
That is what I was thinking…. the ballots do not have any dates on them once removed from the envelope. So they would be segregated. I guess all this stops is the opening of unopened ballots for counting.
