I'm hearing first Graham SC, Lankford OK and now Grassley, Murkowski and Collins all saying Biden/Harris should be getting Presidential intel briefings right now.

The election isn't over or certified, no Electors have voted, and if Trump refuses to concede after legal votes are in and courts it will be determined in the House.
