Help me out baker - where do I go to learn to bake. Been on here long enough that I want to avoid the comms BS. What do I need to read in order to make some bread? Any help along the way?

My 1st post of the bread and I got this when I asked the baker to learn to bake… when does the board get flooded? This bread is pretty slow… can someone explain?
