If Dominion is ruled on to be negligent. grossly mnegligent, fraud.. any State using it cannot have their popular vote totals certifed based on their numbers. They have a constitutional deadline to certify the numbers.16 States passed laws to grant thier EC votes to the popular vote total winner. That is statutory and the PA ruling today tells you that statutes cannot be changed!

Keep in mind that State that used the Dominion software cannot be included in popular vote total if proven inaccurate. Only accurate popular votes by the deadline can be included.
We need popular vote totals from States that DID NOT use the Dominion software!
