Ok, I can understand how they can "AUDIT" a election for ballots who voted for one person or another

What I can't understand is how do you "AUDIT" a election where the ballots were thrown away or destroyed..

It never hits the system so it can't be audited…

how in the FUCK can you find out unless you call all registered voters and see who they voted for

or

just do a "DO OVER"..
