I remember seeing years ago how a Pakistani guy was selling nuke tech to N Korea and Iran. He is the one that built the Pakistani nuke program. But he pissed off the government when he sold tech to India. Put on house arrest in Pakistan. So with the crumbs Q gave, it must have been nuke tech.

I was once told by an old Navy Chief, they all look the same upside down. Just different colored beards. It's what's in their heart. I added, they are all crazy, finding the level of crazy you can deal with is the trick.
