Probably because they couldn't. Trump is trying, but certainly isn't in control. He is probably losing right now. He will need solid evidence of the Dominion fraud, and solid judges that aren't comped to rule in his favor. Even on the Supreme court, it is currently 5-4. They only need to get to one of them. My money is on Barrett as the turncoat. Hopefully I'm wrong, but we'll see.
