Did the 9/11 event create DHS? Did DHS consolidate Election Security? Did Election Security get farmed out to Cyber Security Firms? Who controls those firms? Who controls the servers and the cloud space for the Elections? If I understand Q correctly the cyber security of the Election infrastructure is compromised from within DHS.
