Far right of stairwell had some mil folks walk up, looked like circle of people were discussing something, then heads would turn- shout to another guy, then that guy would walk off. looked like some last minute negotiations or something but I could never key in on exactly what

At 12:00 mark, watch someone being walked behind the columns in the background. He may have fallen down, people around start noticing and moving.
At 15:00 mark you can hear audible grunts of pain, gets everyone's attention. Secret Service or other agents start positioning themselves differently and people move in and out, most likely dealing with that. I was watching live and couldn't tell wtf was going on.
