At least two people were killed in an apparent steam pipe explosion at a Veteran Affairs hospital in Connecticut Friday morning, according to a report.Connecticut State Police said in a tweet just before 10 a.m. that they were dispatched to the medical center in West Haven to assist local fire marshals with a “reported explosion."
