I'm trying to get tmobile to replace my phone. October 1st they put a update out that put mcm manager on every Samsung phone. It crashes people's phones. Won't let phone calls go threw and texts are on a major delay. If u Google it it's a company that makes tech for corporate use of phones. It makes all contents they see or look up the same. It can give remote access to your phone and also file share remotly.. why did on October 1st they put this in every device?? Threw ther carrier hub. Its burning the battery.. your phone crashes and also it starts to freak out when you restart it (crazy numbers pop up in fast order..) If you Google mcm the past month thousands of people are complaining and getting pissed there's no way around it. If anyone has more information please let me know
