Electoral College sits on 12/14. Some of the critical states set their electoral slates on the following dates.

GA 11/20

PA & MI 11/23

AZ 11/30

WI & NV 12/1

Logic says those may be legal dates, but the reality is that they are target dates, especially if dueling slates arise.

Presently the war is focused on the disputed states, and what their final official vote totals will be. The process of arriving at those totals will likely involve the SC ruling on various things, with some issues maybe rolled into one case. Depending on how that turns out, we may see state legislatures making their own choices, regardless of what the official vote totals are.

In my view, we are going to win in the Electoral College. That is the most dangerous point, the place when the dark side may well unleash their street demons for actual war. If/when they do, look for gutless attacks all across the nation. Sniper attacks. Patriots attacked by mobs of the damned, this time with weapons. The crazed announcement that various states are seceding. All of us are going to stand strong, and crush these things.
