What Happened in the Atmosphere Above Kings Bay this Morning Around 0700 EST?

Any Anons have access to high resolution composite radar reflectivity for the area just NW of Kingsland, GA from about 0700 - 0800 hours?

It looks like an airburst of some type. Interesting since this is one of our nuclear sub pens and weapons storage areas immediately nearby. It was highly symmetrical and circular and took about an hour to expand and dissipate. So, not likely a kinetic weapon, and nothing like thunder, etc… heard.

NWS radar has a little bit of the signature remaining but the detail is crap. https://radar.weather.gov/ridge/radar_lite.php?rid=jax&product=NCR&loop=yes

I have a radar app RadarNow! on my phone and just caught the event before it timed out, but the resolution was awesome.

Couldn't get on at the time and had to reboot my entire system so this would've been a little easier an hour ago.

Doppler echos from the NWS NEXRAD at JIA.

The event I'm talking about was like a donut expanding and dissipating immediately NW of Kings Bay…like on the border of the Okefenokee and Kingsland. Lasted from about 0700 - 0800,
